Your data is stored securely in Google's Firebase — one of the world's most trusted and widely-used database platforms, trusted by millions of apps globally. It is isolated under your unique Google account ID so no other user can ever access it. KritFit does not sell data, display ads, or share anything with third parties. You can download or permanently delete all your data at any time.

KritFit is a free personal fitness tracking tool provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a personal tracking aid — not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making decisions about diet, exercise or health. The developer makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information provided.
The developer reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of KritFit at any time without notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or financial loss arising from your use of KritFit or inability to use it.
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase, isolated under your unique Google account ID.
No other user can access your personal data. KritFit does not sell, share, licence,
or monetise your data in any way. Your data is used solely to provide the app's
functionality to you personally.
Data stored includes: profile information, food logs, exercise records, weight entries,
body measurements, supplement logs, training plans, recipes, progress photos,
and app settings. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Trainer-client connections involve limited, consent-based data sharing between
specifically connected parties only. Trainers may view connected clients' fitness data
solely for the purpose of providing coaching support. Clients control and may revoke
this access at any time.
You may permanently delete all your KritFit data at any time from within the app: CONTROL → Account → Delete All My Data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. No data is retained after deletion. You may also disconnect from Google sign-in at any time by revoking app access in your Google account settings.
Calorie targets, TDEE estimates, and exercise burn calculations are mathematical approximations based on widely used scientific formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor, MET values). Individual results vary significantly. KritFit accepts no responsibility for fitness outcomes, weight changes, or health effects resulting from following targets generated by the app.
KritFit uses the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage), USDA FoodData Central (nutritional data), Open Food Facts (supplementary food data). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. KritFit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
By activating a gym account on KritFit, the subscribing gym ("Gym") agrees to the following terms. Last updated: April 2026.
KritFit provides a software-as-a-service platform accessible via a custom subdomain (e.g. yourgym.kritfit.com). KritFit is an independent app service provider. We are not affiliated with, employed by, endorsed by, or part of the Gym's organisation in any capacity. Use of the KritFit platform does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between KritFit and the Gym.
KritFit's total liability to the Gym for any claim arising from use of the platform — including but not limited to service interruption, feature unavailability, data loss, or termination — shall not exceed the value of one (1) monthly subscription fee paid by the Gym at the time the claim arises.
In the event of a verified service failure or account termination within a billing month caused solely by KritFit, the Gym's sole remedy is a full refund of that month's subscription fee. No liability is accepted for prior months, lost revenue, loss of business, indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
KritFit reserves the right to modify, update, suspend or permanently terminate the platform or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice. Where material changes are planned, KritFit will make reasonable efforts to notify active Gym accounts in advance. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised service.
The KritFit name, logo, brand identity, platform, codebase and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of KritFit. The Gym is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely during the active subscription period. This licence does not grant the Gym any right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer or claim ownership of any part of the KritFit platform or brand.
The Gym is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of any member data entered into the platform. KritFit does not sell, share or disclose member data to third parties. Member fitness data is stored privately and is accessible only to the member and, where applicable, their designated trainer within the platform.
The KritFit Store and Instacart integration are independent commercial services operated solely by KritFit. They are not part of the Gym's subscription, not affiliated with the Gym's organisation, and the Gym bears no responsibility for any transactions, products or services accessed through them. These features may be visible to members depending on the Gym's chosen subscription plan. Any revenue generated through the KritFit Store or Instacart belongs exclusively to KritFit.
KritFit is committed to protecting the privacy of gym members. Member data — including personal details, fitness records, body measurements, food logs, and exercise history — is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the KritFit fitness platform to that individual member.
KritFit will not:
Members retain ownership of their personal data. The Gym acknowledges that it has no claim over members' individual fitness, health or nutrition data stored within KritFit.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of the Gym's account. KritFit reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active accounts.
By activating a gym account — whether through the KritFit website admin or by first use of the gym subdomain — the Gym confirms that an authorised representative has read, understood and agreed to this Gym Services Agreement in full.
